NEW: I need your help.
From time to time a visitor sends me an interesting picture of one of Mark's cars that they need information about. Can you help with the following.

Terry Emms from Canada needs for your help.
In 1983 Mark ran this Firebird:

Does anyone know what the decal on the front end of the hood says?
My thanks go to Allen Whitwell who resolved this and for the identification of a number of old contingencies. Allen I'm very grateful for the assistance.

In 1986 Mark ran a number of races in the black 02 Miller / Thomas Hribar Thunderbird. There were several versions, one of which had Wynn's decals on the rear end.  We have just one photograph of the rear end of this Wynn's car.mark martin photographs
Does anyone have a picture showing any other parts of the car?

In 1982 Mark ran the #37 Simoniz Buick for just one race. The only picture we have of the rear end of this car is taken from TV so the quality is awful and as Donnie Allison also ran the #37 Simoniz Buick, it is possible that this isn't even the Martin car. simoniz buick
Does anyone have a good picture of the rear end of Mark's 1982 #37 Simoniz Buick, or do you know what the decal at the top is?

Much has been written about Mark Martin, his rise through NASCAR from rookie to the most respected driver on track today. One problem I have found with the Internet sites dedicated to his career is the lack of pictures of Mark's rides, or at least of the older or less common ones. I've collected lots of pictures from the Internet but most sites just have the same pictures, a lot of which are subject to copyright, or they are poor quality fan pictures. I decided that my site would be a pictorial record of the history of Mark Martin's NASCAR racing career and nothing more, a reference book of the cars that Mark Martin has driven throughout his illustrious career in Nextel, Winston Cup, Busch Grand National, American Speed Association (ASA). His most famous team owners Jack Roush and Bill Davis, his most famous cars, Ford Thunderbird and Taurus, Buick Regal, Pontiac Grand Prix and Ventura, Oldsmobile, and all those sponsors Pfizer, Valvoline, Folgers, Miller, Stroh Lite and Stroh's Lite, Amsoil, Winn Dixie, Pennzoil, Carolina Ford Dealers, Apache Stove, Jolly Rancher, are all here on these NASCAR model cars. If you're into collecting NASCAR diecast models you're in the right place.

My passion for uncovering the cars that he has driven, combined with my passion for collecting diecast replicas of them, has lead me to produce this site so that others can enjoy seeing the cars that Mark Martin drove from 1974 - 2007. The site will soon have about 150 pictures of 1/24 scale diecast NASCAR race cars Driven by Mark Martin together with photographs of others that are waiting to be custom built.

If you're looking for Mark Martin diecasts then take a look at my collection and see some of Mark Martin's cars that are not in general production along with just about all the diecasts made by Action, Team Caliber, Racing Replicas, Racing Champions and others. The custom built diecasts make a collection that is of much greater interest, but by no means complete or unique. I'm sure that any Mark Martin fan will enjoy sharing my pleasure in these. I hope they will revive memories of days and tracks long gone by, and if by chance you'd like to share with other fans your memories of seeing any particular race, then send me a short story and photographs and I'll be delighted to publish them alongside the appropriate diecast model.

I try to get across to the US to watch a race each season, usually tied in with a two week holiday tour. It was during a trip to the 2001 Las Vegas race that I started collecting 1/24 scale diecasts, but I only really got serious in 2005.

This is my collection of 1/24 scale diecast models of NASCAR race cars driven by Mark Martin during his illustrious career.

The Models span the entire era that Mark Martin raced in, cars from each race series from 1974 until 2006 are all included. Some of the models are production models and others are custom built using high quality donor cars. Some of the customs are not genuine race cars but are of interest none-the-less, such as the Miller Time Buick from the movie Stroker Ace, which was a Jolly Rancher Buick loaned to the movie makers by Mark Martin.

If you have photographs of any cars not included in my collection I'd love to see them, email via the link at the bottom of the page or in the contact page. Please don't send anything that is copyright protected.

I must acknowledge the help of those who have custom built models for me and in particular a gentleman called Wendell. His custom models are just wonderful, and Rick, who raced sprints against the Wallace boys and is a devoted Rusty fan, without whose help this collection would be only half its' size. I wish you well Rick and hope that things are working out for you.

My display cabinets are custom built by Bill, they are perfect for displaying these models and nicely built.

Photographs: I'd like to pay tribute to those nice folks at BGNRacing.com for permission to use their photographs on this website, for great pics of Busch series cars and drivers visit BGNRacing.com.

If you have a Mark Martin site then email me and we can exchange links.

If my site infringes any copyrights then I apologies, please let me know and I'll correct matters.
